Dr. Athar Mansoor (Ph.D., Hong Kong University of Science and Technology)
Dr. Athar is the CEO of TRACS and lead management consultant for corporate and public sector. He heads the executive education portfolio and leadership programs at TRACS. He is also working on international consulting projects related to artificial intelligence and big data in Asia Pacific region. He has a vast academic and professional experience and lived and studied in Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Singapore and USA at prestigious universities. He has been educated at National University of Singapore, University of Sydney, Michigan State University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Harvard Kennedy School, INSEAD Business School and IDEA League Universities of Europe for postgraduate education. Dr. Athar is a regular speaker at many international forums in East Asia and North America on topics of global and national importance. He is passionate about helping others realize their dreams and works closely with clients for achieving their true potential.
Dr. Naubahar Sharif (Ph.D., Cornell University, USA)
Dr. Naubahar Sharif is Professor of Public Policy at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). His research interests include science, technology and innovation (STI) policy in Hong Kong and within the ‘Greater Bay Area’ of Southern China; automation in China; and the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative. In 2011 he completed the Executive Education program in Innovation for Economic Development at Harvard University. A dedicated teacher, at HKUST he has been nominated for the Michael G. Gale Medal for Distinguished Teaching, also having won various other teaching-related awards. Naubahar has been awarded both ‘Public Policy Research’ (PPR) and ‘General Research Fund’ (GRF) grants by Hong Kong’s Research Grants Council (RGC). Naubahar has also been a co-investigator for two ‘Strategic Public Policy Research’ (SPPR) grants awarded by Hong Kong’s Policy Innovation and Co-ordination Office (PICO) as well as a cross-institutional ‘Collaborative Research Fund’ (CRF) grant also awarded by the RGC. He has had numerous articles published in leading journals including Research Policy, Science and Public Policy, The China Journal, and Science, Technology and Human Values. From 2006–2010, Naubahar consulted for Hong Kong’s Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC). At TRACS, Naubahar is leading the executive training portfolio and consulting services.
Dr. Faisal Mustafa (Ph.D., Huddersfield University, UK)
Dr. Faisal Mustafa is working as the Head of Business and Computing at Ravensbourne University in London. He specializes in Artificial Intelligence (Dynamic Web Services – Business Intelligence) and has also remained Head of the Professional Institute at University of Essex in the United Kingdom. Faisal has carried out several projects in Machine Learning and Data Science Distributed Computing and Algorithms, Analysing unstructured data (Deep Learning-neural Network Technologies) and Visualisation and Analysis of Life-logging Data. He also has a certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Harvard University. Faisal is leading trainings and consultancies in the domain of Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc. for corporate sector at TRACS.
Dr. Aneeqa Suhail (Ph.D., KU Leuven, Belgium)
Dr. Aneeqa Suhail is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at the Human Resource Studies Department of Tilburg University, the Netherlands, and a Visiting Professor at the Public Governance Institute, KU Leuven, Belgium. She has attended the EU-Engage International Executive Program at TIAS School of Business and Society, the Netherlands. During her Ph.D., she worked with the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) Belgium, a non-profit organization for Academicians and Practitioners of Public Administration on several projects. Aneeqa has won several grants, awards, and fellowships throughout her career. She is part of the Pakistan U.S. Alumni network, Nutshell Forum-Pakistan, and several other business and non-profit professional organizations in Pakistan and abroad. At TRACS, Aneeqa provides training and consultancy services in the areas of Strategic Human Resource Management, leadership development, employee well-being and engagement.
Dr. Muhmmad Ashfaq (Ph.D., Tubingen University, Germany)
Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq is widely recognized as an outstanding and experienced business and finance expert with more than 13 years of international experience. He is currently working as Academic Director International and Program Director of Digital Business at IU International University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He is also regular visiting faculty member at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and the international MBA program at Coburg University, Germany. His research interests include FinTech, Islamic finance, sustainable finance, innovation and banking.
Dr. Safdar Ali Shirazi (Ph.D., University of Karachi, Pakistan)
Dr. Safdar Ali Shirazi graduated with a master’s degree in 1987 from the Department of Geography, University of the Punjab (Lahore) with First Class and obtained Roll of Honour. He was awarded PhD degree by the University of Karachi in 2011. Dr. Shirazi completed his first Post-Doctorate fellowship (funded by the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan) under the able supervision of Prof. Dr. Dagmar Haase in 2014 from the Institute of Geography, Department of Urban Ecology, Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany. In 2017 he was awarded DAAD Research Stay for Academics and Scientists for 3 months’ fellowship and he completed his second Post-Doctorate from the Institute of Geography, Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany. Dr. Shirazi is a Professor of Geography since 27th July, 2017 and at present working as Chairman of Department of Geography, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He is also Ex-Director, Centre for Integrated Mountain Research, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He was elected as Secretary Pakistan Geographical Association in 2006 and 2013 and is member of various academic bodies in and outside Pakistan. His research interests included climate change, LULC changes, landscape ecology, ecosystem services, morphology of cities, desertification and resilience, population studies, urbanization and sustainability. At TRACS, he is leading trainings and consultancy work in the domains of climate and environment.
Dr. Sarwat Nadeem (Ph.D., University of the Punjab, Pakistan)
Dr. Sarwat is a highly organized and result-oriented professional with a proven track record of over 25 years in teaching, management and administration in School Education Department, Govt. of Punjab. She did her B.Ed. from Government College of Education for Women, Lahore, M.Sc. (Geography) from University of the Punjab, M.Phil. (Geography) from University of the Punjab and Ph.D. (Geography) from University of the Punjab in 2021 with a focus on climate change. She is currently serving as Additional Director Punjab Education Initiative Management Authority (PEIMA), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab. At TRACS, Dr. Sarwat is co-leading trainings and consultancies in the domains of environment and teacher training.Â
Mr. Labeeb Ahmed (Master of Applied Finance, Kaplan, Australia)
Mr. Labeeb is presently based in Australia and has an extensive experience of working in the financial industry including banking, credit, managing relationship, portfolio management, mentoring, leadership, compliance, audit and risk for over three decades in Pakistan and Australia. He is currently working as a Business Banking Manager at ANZ Bank in Adelaide, Australia. Before leaving for Australia in 2012, he was the Vice President of Askari Bank in Pakistan. Mr. Labeeb holds a Master of Applied Finance and Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan, Australia, International Certificate in Banking Risk & Regulation from the United States and Master of Business Administration from Hailey College, Pakistan. Mr. Labeeb is leading trainings and consultancies for banking and financial sector at TRACS.
Dr. M Usman Maqbool Bhutta
Dr. M Usman Maqbool Bhutta has a Ph.D. from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in robotics and artificial intelligence. He has a diverse range of experience in research, academics, industry, and entrepreneurship, totaling over 8 years.
Previously, Dr. Bhutta worked at the C3 Robotics Lab at CUHK in Hong Kong, where he co-supervised multiple PhD students and research assistants on projects involving augmented reality/virtual reality, indoor vegetation, construction inspection, and telepresence. He showcased excellent supervisory skills during this role.
His primary research during his Ph.D. focused on multi-agent simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) systems. Additionally, he conducted work related to visual place recognition and inspection. He completed his Ph.D. at the Robotics and Multi-Perception Lab at HKUST.
Dr. Bhutta also gained experience working with renowned researchers such as Prof. Roland Siegwart and Dr. Casar Cadana at the Autonomous System Lab at ETH Zurich in Switzerland.
Currently, he serves as the COO of Lisee Technology Corporation Company Limited in Hong Kong. He has represented the company at IET-YPEC and successfully secured multiple fundings. Dr. Bhutta has received numerous awards for his work and proposals on an international level.

Mr. Fareed Qureshi
Fareed Qureshi is a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong commitment to nurturing minds and fostering personal and professional growth. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering and Systems Management from The University of Manchester, UK, Fareed Qureshi has established a solid foundation of technical expertise. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behaviors and Psychology at the esteemed Suleman Dawood School of Business, LUMS, Lahore, he embodies a relentless pursuit of knowledge and excellence.
With a rich academic background and years of experience as an Assistant Professor at esteemed institutions such as National University of Science & Technology (NUST) and Capital University of Science and Technology, he brings a wealth of higher education insights to the classroom. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Suleman Dawood School of Business, LUMS, and FAST School of Management, he empowers students with practical insights into subjects like Communication and Presentation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, and more.
Beyond academia, Fareed Qureshi is a certified trainer, a Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, making a significant impact through individual and corporate training sessions. He also conducts coaching sessions on IELTS and GRE. Delivered across diverse platforms, his workshops, training sessions, and inspirational talks have garnered appreciation for their transformative impact.
Mr. Waqas Iqbal (M.Phil Political Science)
Waqas Iqbal is a highly regarded visiting faculty member at the School of Integrated Social Science (SISS), University of Lahore, where his core areas of interest include Comparative Politics and Public Policy, international law, International Policy, Strategic Management and Pakistan’s foreign policy. With a profound interest in Pakistan’s domestic and international geo-strategic landscape, his expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, ranging from security policies and their impact on corporate and public sector within the context of contemporary regional and global political scenarios.
Currently, Waqas Iqbal holds the position of Research Associate at the Center for Security, Strategy, and Policy Research (CSSPR) at the University of Lahore, where he continues to leverage his expertise in the realm of security, strategy, and policy analysis. He also interviews subject specialist, analyst, experts and corporate leaders in order to generate digital knowledge resource as a digital host. Apart from this, Mr. Waqas Iqbal is also as Strategy Development Officer (SDO) assisting TRACS, based at Lahore Pakistan.
Ms. Rabia Munir (M.A., University of the Punjab)
Ms. Rabia, our IDP certified IELTS instructor has a professional experience of teaching English language and IELTS for more than 5 years. She is also conducting training of PTE at TRACS. She has an academic background in English Phonetics and Linguistics, with a master’s degree from University of the Punjab and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Ms. Rabia also has a postgraduate diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She has herself scored overall 8 band in IELTS and over the years developed the passion to prepare other aspirants by making IELTS learning easier, simpler and enjoyable. She works closely with test takers at TRACS to chalk out unique teaching and coaching plans for preparing them for high scores in IELTS and PTE.
