This course is about the power, dynamics and tools of negotiation used in practical settings both at personal and organizational levels. The participants will be taught and trained through role playing, real case studies, and exercises to influence relationships and reach agreements under challenging situations.

The art of negotiation involves managing both feelings and intelligence to find holistic agreements for the parties involved. In this training, we will discuss and elucidate about how to understand the opponents and break deadlocks in a strategic manner to achieve personal and organizational goals. The focus will be on explaining the characteristics and skills of effective negotiator to influence people in desired direction.

Mohammad Asim

Mr. Mohammad Asim is a teacher, trainer, academician, international author, sports enthusiast, martial artist and traveler who has devoted more than half of his life in learning, training and inspiring people. Presently, he is a Chief Instructor (Management), BPS 20 at the Civil Services Academy, Government of Pakistan, Walton, Lahore, which is the premier institute to train the civil servants of the country.

With over 28 years of professional experience of serving in different public and private service institutions both locally and internationally across Asia, Europe and North America, Asim has trained more than 13,000 people in management skills.

He holds an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from Arkansas State University, USA followed by a number of training courses from different international institutes. Strategic Management, Business Policy and General Management are his forte.
